Relatiso collects only what is needed to create your compatibility report, process payments, protect the service from abuse, and understand how the product is being used.
We may store names, birth dates, optional birth times, the generated report, payment status, a hashed IP value, and basic device details such as browser type. We do not publicly expose birth data or private reports.
Payment data is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers.
Reports are private by default, and result pages are set not to appear in search engines. We keep data only as long as needed for operations, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or support requests.
